If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return/cancel the item(s) (excluding custom engraved items, bulk orders, and special order items) for a full refund (less shipping).  If for any reason your item(s) are damaged during shipping, we will replace the item(s) at no cost to you.
